The star midfielder Operated in an advanced spot out wide and contributed with dirty work. Showed moments of class and dragged an effort wide. Replaced late on for Rogers, his competition, after receiving a caution. 7/10
The winger Was presented with the team's clearest opportunity before halftime, his shot smartly stopped from the opposing goalkeeper. As Quansah staying deep, he was forced to provide width out wide although his balls into the box were hit and miss. Taken off for the final quarter-hour. 6
Harry Kane The difference-maker with his 77th and 78th strikes at international level. The first a classic poacher’s finish while the second an excellent finish with his head having drifted away away from the opposition. Aged 32, his form is unwavering with the national team are strong contenders next summer when he's in the team. 8
The attacker Struggled to make an impact from the left. Was presented with a good opening after being played in by Bellingham however Strakosha kept it out. His replacement produced a bigger effect after coming on. Five
